The Chinese Ferdinand Verbiest Cultural Exchange Association (Verbiest Association-VA) was legally registered as a non-profit social organization in Taiwan since June 27, 2017.

The goal/purpose of VA to promote cultural exchange, engage in academic research, and to facilitate equal cooperation among the local churches.

- VA engages in joint research with domestic / international academic institutes.
- VA handles and assists in some activities including culture, art, religion and formation programs in order to promote the value of human concern.
- VA promotes dialogue and cultural exchange with the Church in China.
- VA collects information in line with its goal and publishes books and magazines.
- In the name of individual or of group, VA participates in cultural exchange activities organized by other institutes.
- VA also takes part in other matters which are in line with its goal.
